Manyatsi-Nhleko Capital (Pty) Ltd ~ is a Eswatini based corporate and project finance advisory firm, registered with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA License No.IA/028/20). It was founded in 2019 by; Thabiso Mamba, Zacharia Nhleko and David Manyatsi. These founding principals have been a part of major infrastructure development in Eswatini, identifying the need to connect infrastructure projects with efficient funding sources.

With a combined more than 50 years’ experience in investment banking and project finance in Eswatini, MNC was founded to address the need for infrastructure projects funding. MNC is a subsidiary of Manyatsi-Nhleko Holdings (MNH) which is predominantly a quantity surveying and project management operation founded in 1997.
