Agenda: Amendment of the EAICC constitution to include individual persons/consultants as members of the EAICC Association in terms of clause 9:1 of the EAICC constitution.

NB: to members: Kindly note that due to previous non-formation of the quorum, the Executive Committee shall proceed in its discreation to finalize the day’s business virtue of Clause 12 of the EAICC Constitution.
